Update Multiple Assets
To update multiple assets using the Asset Maintenance form
follow these steps:
- Search for the asset type
and click the checkbox next to each asset you want to update. Turn the
Show only selected assets Only switch to
ON. This will restrict the grid view to only the
assets you have selected and will enable the toolbar icons.
- Press the
Global Asset Update button
. A
Global Update dialog is displayed, listing all
the editable fields for this asset type.
- For each attribute you want to update, press the checkbox next to it and type in or select the desired value.
- Once finished, press Save. A confirmation dialog is displayed:
- Press Yes to update the selected assets with the new attributes or No to cancel the operation.
